Hola a todos los seguidores de esta grandiosa plataforma, en la cual cuando efectuamos nuestro post o nuestras publicaciones, dejamos un poco de nosostros y que todo eso sirve para que todos dependamos de todos, lo digo por el tema de las votaciones, como por ejemplo el que me quiera votar mi publicacion la cual se basa en como prepare una comida muy sabrosa para el almuerzo, la misma se trata de una sopa con carne de res y mandioca.
Para preparar dicha sopa, lo que debemos hacer es colocar una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, a la que le agregamos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla, ajo, y la carne antes mencionada, para que de esta forma se cocine mejor la misma y por ende sale mucho mas sabroso.
Luego de ver que la carne ya esta bastante cocinada, le agregamos agua caliente a dicha olla, lugo las siguientes verduras, papa, zapallo, zanahoria, morron o locote y batata, tapamos la olla y dejamos que se cocine muy bien todo.
Para degustar un almuerzo con esta sopa la cual se ve muy sabrosa, lo mejor es acompañarla con mandioca hervida, la misma una ves cocinada le quitamos todo el agua y lista para degustar con esta sabrosa sopa.

To prepare this soup, what we must do is to place a pot on the stove of the kitchen, to which we add a little oil, then the onion, garlic, and the aforementioned meat, so that in this way it cooks better and therefore it comes out much tastier.
After we see that the meat is cooked enough, we add hot water to the pot, then the following vegetables, potato, pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato and sweet potato, we cover the pot and let everything cook very well.
To enjoy a lunch with this soup which looks very tasty, it is best to accompany it with boiled cassava, the same once cooked we remove all the water and ready to taste with this tasty soup.
