Hola a todos, como lo digo siempre los dias domingo son especiales, asi que para no perder la costumbre, es muy bueno para degustar un sabroso asado, como el que se puede apreciar en esta fotografia, el cual contiene, morcilla, chorizos caseros, matanbrito de cerdo, costilla de carne de res y vacio el cual es carne de res.

Como se sabe amigos para cocinar un sabroso asado, lo primero es encender el fuego por supuesto con carbon vegetal, una ves encendida las brasas, las cuales e le agrega abajo de la parrila.

Una ves que se le da la vuelta a la carne y tambien los chorizos, se le agrega el pan y el limon que se puede ver amigos es para agregar arriba del matanbrito de cerdo, de esa manera sale mas tierno.

La ensalada en esta ocacion es de papa cortada en daditos, una ves hervida le agregamos, zanahoria cortada en trozos pequeños, le agrego huevo duro, choclo entero, ajo y mayonesa, para luego mesclar birne todo y asi esta listo para degustarlo.

Como les dije amigos, los dias domingos son especiales, por el solo hecho de que se puede juntar la totalidad de la familia y asi compartir todos junstos.

Hello everyone, as I always say, Sundays are special, so to keep up the tradition, it's great to enjoy a tasty barbecue, like the one you can see in this photo, which includes blood sausage, homemade chorizo, pork matanbrito, beef ribs, and flank steak.

As you know, friends, to cook a tasty barbecue, the first thing to do is to light the fire, of course with charcoal. Once the coals are lit, they are added under the grill.

Once the meat and sausages have been turned over, add the bread and lemon, which, as you can see, is placed on top of the pork belly to make it more tender.

The salad on this occasion is made with diced potatoes. Once boiled, we add finely chopped carrots, hard-boiled eggs, whole corn, garlic, and mayonnaise, then mix everything together and it's ready to eat.

As I said, friends, Sundays are special, simply because the whole family can get together and share everything together.
