Durante mi estadía en San Fernando no solo compartí con mi familia y amigos, sino que también me di el tiempo de invitar almorzar a nuestra Hivers amiga @rosmiapure, es así como les cuento esta historia.
Cuando fui a la CBW nos entregaron algunos bolsos de Hive, yo le lleve uno de los míos a Rosmi, porque se que en Apure es muy difícil que lleguen este tipo de detalles, así que le pedí encontrarnos en un lugar para entregarle par del calcomanías y el bolso de regalo, pero allí no termino ese encuentro, sino que fuimos a las Delicias del Chef, un restaurant de mis grandes amigos Don Pedro, Beki, además de hijos y ahora hasta los nietos.
Rosmi estaba feliz, en lo particular yo también, porque está familia las amo, con ellos aprendí a cocinar, estudie con Bekin para titular como Chef, Don Pedro fue uno de mis más grandes profesores, yo los admiro ambos, además que tienen el mejor sazón que he probado.
Está vez pedí Cochino Caldereado con ensalada y tajadas, no quise el contorno de arroz, porque suelo comer ligero, así para mí está perfecto.
Rosmi pidió igual que yo, con la ensalada rayada, zanahorias y repollo la cual es una de mis preferidas, además que yo sé que Bekin le coloca un aderezo especial que la hace destacar entre otras.

Yo estaba feliz con esta invitación porque ya me quedaban solo dos días en Apure, no quería regresar sin compartir con ellos, para mí ellos son una parte especial en vida, porque me enseñaron a cocinar, a trabajar en las cocinas de su restaurant, a practicar muchas veces hasta obtener un resultado adecuado, a no rendirme, me apoyaron cuando todos decían que era imposible que aprendiera a preparar ricos platos de comidas, creyeron en mi, es que ni yo mismo puedo establecer una comparación entre lo que hacía antes dentro de una cocina y en la actualidad.
Pero el momento es para disfrutar una buena comida, con la mejor de las compañías, así que les comparto un Fideuá de pollo, con vegetales, que estaba deliciosos, como pueden ver, la pasta estaba en el punto correcto de cocción.

Mi amigo pidió Milanesa de pollo, ensalada, papas al vapor y arroz, porque le gusta comer bien, rico y dietético, al punto de darme remordimiento comiendo cochino, pero es que estaban rico todos los platos de comida que pedimos.

Para finalizar este maratón gastronómico, disfrutamos un buen café con la familia y mi Hivers amiga ROSMI.
Fue así como pude compartir y disfrutar un gran día en las Delicias de Chef, así que si viene a San Fernando de Apure, pueden pasar a visitarnos.

During my stay in San Fernando I not only shared with my family and friends, but I also took the time to invite for lunch our Hivers friend @rosmiapure, that's how I tell you this story.
When I went to the CBW they gave us some Hive bags, I took one of mine to Rosmi, because I know that in Apure it is very difficult to get this kind of details, so I asked her to meet me in a place to give her a couple of stickers and the gift bag, but that's not the end of that meeting, we went to the Delicias del Chef, a restaurant of my great friends Don Pedro, Beki, plus children and now even grandchildren.
Rosmi was happy, in particular me too, because I love this family, with them I learned to cook, I studied with Bekin to become a Chef, Don Pedro was one of my greatest teachers, I admire them both, besides they have the best seasoning I have ever tasted.
This time I ordered Cochino Caldereado with salad and slices, I didn't want the rice contour, because I usually eat light, so for me it's perfect.
Rosmi ordered the same as me, with the striped salad, carrots and cabbage which is one of my favorites, plus I know that Bekin adds a special dressing that makes it stand out among others.

I was happy with this invitation because I had only two days left in Apure, I did not want to return without sharing with them, for me they are a special part of my life, because they taught me to cook, to work in the kitchens of their restaurant, to practice many times until I got the right result, to not give up, they supported me when everyone said it was impossible for me to learn to prepare delicious meals, they believed in me, I can not even establish a comparison between what I did before in a kitchen and nowadays.
But the time is right to enjoy a good meal, with the best of company, so I share with you a chicken Fideuá, with vegetables, which was delicious, as you can see, the pasta was at the right point of cooking.
