After a long work day over the weekend I'm back with a new recipe for you hahaha.
As I already told you, we are five people, so well, today I wanted to make a salad (not so healthy hahaha), stewed meat, vegetables and rice for lunch.

Stewed meat 
I literally just grabbed the first bag of meat I saw in the freezer and took it out, you could say I didn't plan today's menu that much, but everything turned out better than I thought!!
Ingredients
- Stewed meat
 - 3 cloves of garlic
 - Half onion
 - Half a red pepper
 - Pepper
 - Salt
 - Butter
 - Ketchup sauce
 - Caramelized mustard
 - Chives
 



Instructions
- As always, we wash and peel the vegetables that have shells, such as onion and garlic. To avoid complications and cook everything even faster, we cut the vegetables into small pieces.
 - The marinade of the meat, we use the ketchup sauce, powdered pepper, salt and mustard, everything to taste, I will not tell you a specific measure because I like intense flavors, but that is up to each person's interpreter ;)
 - Cook the vegetables first, in a pan, add a little butter, once melted we add the garlic and onion, a little salt, integrate well and then add the red paprika to give it color and the chives.
 - Add the marinated meat and cook over medium-low heat so that when it is ready it is not dry.
 
I know that in one of the photos you can see a carrot, but in the end we won't need it! So you can ignore her hahaha.




The salad (which became my favorite) 
A dish should always have, in addition to protein, carbohydrates, vegetables or salad. In this case I wanted to accompany it with salad and a little vegetables just in case hahaha



Ingredients
- 1 avocado
 - Cherry Tomato
 - 1/4 onion
 - Mayonnaise
 - Caramelized mustard
 - Lettuce
 - Salt
 - 6 boiled eggs
 
Instructions
- We put the eggs to boil.
 - We wash the lettuce, Cherry tomato and onion so we can cut everything into small pieces.
 - A very practical trick for the avocado is that once it is separated in half, we can make several cuts from the same shell in such a way that when we pass a spoon, small cubes of avocado come out.
 - Once the boiled eggs are ready, we peel them and cut them into small slices.
 - Mayonnaise, caramelized mustard and salt to taste.
 - We mix everything until it is properly integrated and we can enjoy.
 
Rice in pot 
Well, everyone knows what the rice rule is: one cup of rice, two cups of water, simple and quick, a touch of salt and that's it.



Vegetables to accompany
For a moment I thought that the rice, salad and meat weren't going to be enough for everyone, so I took out some frozen vegetables to heat up in a pan with a little oil and salt, although this is optional.
And that's it! Now you can enjoy a quick and delicious lunch for everyone as a family :)
