This cake is perfect as a daily snack at home or as one of the Eid cake dishes. Because it is so popular during Eid, onion cakes can be said to be very common which are often available and provided in homes with various attractive shapes. Usually this cake has many shapes such as thinly rolled like crackers, stick shapes and so on. Even though in today's era which is very modern with various kinds of cakes that can be said to be contemporary, onion cakes still have many fans and I think everyone is an expert in making them. But more precisely because we are from different regions, so I want to share the recipe with you here, I think if you are interested and want to make it, you will not have difficulty collecting the ingredients, because it consists of common ingredients that we use in the kitchen. Ingredients needed:
- 300 grams of wheat flour
- 10 cloves of shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 stalks of celery leaves
- 1/2 tsp flavoring (royco)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Sufficient water
How to make:
First: prepare the fine seasoning ingredients. Peel the shallots and garlic. Separate the celery stalks and leaves. Put the shallots, garlic and celery stalks into a blender to puree.

Fourth: because I don't have a mill, I use a practical way, which is to cut the dough into small sizes like snails or according to taste. Repeat until all the dough is used up.
