At first glance it looks like a fried potato stick, right?

To be precise, last Sunday, after I came home from the garden, I was asked to stop by one of my friend's houses, he gave me some cassava that was in his yard. After arriving home and taking a shower, I thought about making cassava for a snack.

Usually at home cassava is often combined with sweet things like sugar and coconut milk, but in this recipe I made cassava combined with unusual spices such as chili, garlic and celery leaves of course to present a different menu.

Cassava dishes are identical to sweet traditional foods. Now cassava has the potential to be processed into increasingly varied and contemporary dishes. Although the basic ingredients are simple, many people like and enjoy cassava dishes, from children to adults. As we know, cassava has a legit taste and a soft texture.

In addition to being economical, cassava can also be modified into delicious and nutritious foods because it contains carbohydrates, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Without further ado, let's make fried cassava with the following savory spices!

First: prepare water in a container. Cut the cassava short so that it is easy to peel. Peel the cassava until finished. Cut into small pieces so that it is easy to soften when boiled.

Sixth: store the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that it is easy to cut. Cut into rectangular shapes

I made a stick shape because I think it is more interesting and easy for children to hold

This is the first time I have tried cassava dishes like this. Usually the main ingredient for making this stick uses potatoes, this is cassava, but the taste is no less delicious than potatoes. It tastes crispy, savory and soft. Very delicious for an afternoon snack. You can try it at home too.

Who among my community friends likes to snack and enjoy cassava? Try making this recipe. That's it!
