In this post I will be sharing with you how to make some quick sumptuous noodles for you and your family. Noodles is a quick meal that is enjoyed by all. It is a meal that can be prepared in different ways and it is always on point. It is one of the food on the menu of street vendors in Nigeria and it tastes delicious when it is properly cooked especially with some fried eggs.

Noodles are a perfect choice for a busy day when you really have less time on your sleeves to cook a proper meal. It is a life saver for me when I'm too tired to spend long minutes in the kitchen. I'm sure that is the

Ingredients

  • 5 Indomie noodles
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 scotch bonnet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 carrots
  • Noodles seasonings
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Step by Step

  • Cut/slice your scotch bonnet, tomatoes, onions and spring onions. Then grate your carrots and onions. You may as well decide to slice them into your desired sizes.

  • In a pot place on medium heat add some water and when it has cone to a boil add your noodles and let it cook for about 2 minutes.

  • Next, drain the water using a sieve and set aside. Be sure that the noodles isn't overcooked at this point so as to get a good result. 20250708_191120.jpg

  • Now, add some vegetable oil to your pot and allow it to heat up, add your grated or sliced onions and allow to saute for about a minute before you add in the tomatoes and scotch bonnet.

  • Season with your noodles seasonings and let it cook until the oil separates.

  • Afterwards add your spring onions and carrots into the pot. We need the crunchiness of the carrots which is the reason we are tossing it in now.

  • Now add the noodles that you drained the water earlier on. Mix it thoroughly with everything inside the pot. You may sprinkle in some water to allow it cook well.

  • Serve and enjoy hot.
