There are times when you have to put all effort into making everybody inclusive in whatever you’re doing. If we did not bring them into it.
It will come to a time where they will not understand what they’re supposed to do next, but if as a leader you are doing it on your commanding them to do. As long with you. With time, they will get a grip of things, even if they don’t understand why.
You can, as a leader, explain why you’re doing each of the step and the task that you’re doing then, even if they don’t understand if it's a true follower ship who is loyal to the leader, which is you. They can follow dogmatically then little lane along in life and see the reality of it.
Some people figure things out later in life. Not all leaders actually tell you everything that they ever wants to do at every point in time. You can just tell you go and do it and all that you have to do at that point in time is to be loyal and diligent enough to do it then. Maybe I stamps goes on. The leader can explain, which is fine. You get to know better.
