Today is not a good day for me, as usual I often get sick on Sunday. Maybe because I have been pushing myself to hard during weekdays with works. But still, I will share some fun post here and of course about food... what else I love to post here lol.
So today post is about a chicken soup, but I will tell a story from different angle. I know this will make some people disappointed, because when they first see the thumbnail of this post, they might think I am going to have that egg with the lime lol.
If I come to a street food stall and I could pick some ingredient first, I always go for the Lime cut and Egg first. Not all stall will allow us to do that, because usually they keep their egg and lime on their cart, not on the customer table.
For example this place, they put everything on their customer table. it is messy for sure, and sometime we get confuse where we are going to eat if everything else are already lay there on top of the table.
I took a piece of tissue and picked an egg and a lime cut for me. I had my own reason. First the egg was different from each other. I did not want a smaller egg, I want a bigger if I could I would pick the biggest one. However I avoided picking egg which had many black dots on their surface. That was a sign of an old Egg, I meant an egg from old hen. Debatable, people like me believe it is below average in term of nutrition and taste.
The same goes for the Lime Cut. Always pick the right one first, not the lame or maybe some cuts that other people might have picked and returned it back. It doesn't have to be the biggest cut. Seek the fresher one.

Here was the final product. A chicken soup with a full boiled egg that I picked myself. Nothing special, but it was a habit of mine, picking myself for the side dish lol.
The weather has been nasty recently, everyday we have rains, even it is for some ten to fifteen minutes. So I prefer to have some soup as my lunch or dinner, just to keep my condition well maintained.
