Hello My Fellow dCity Citizen, I hope you are having a good week right now.
This is my 4th dCity Journal published on 14 November 2024. In this week I do not do anything on my dCity accounts regarding hive price was spiking and falling so fast and deep.
I prefer not to spend some Hive or Sold some game assets to hive during this period. It's hard to track whether in term of "earning" I have done the right way or have made some mistakes. I could gain due to price fluctuation, or lose due to it. Because I am new to #dCity, so I have decided to go a bit idle now.
PARTY TIME
Wait... what party?
Well it's not a party actually, it's more about having fun. You don't have to worry too much in this game. Let me try to tell you about this.
Do you know that currently for people like me who just started dCity, or for existing players who are struggling to build up their city, there is a program to help you know. We have @dcitycollective who regularly will support small player who are engaging and promoting this game.
you can learn more by clicking the image above, and you will find out that @boycharlieplays is the guy behind it.
I am not spilling all in here, there are parts that you need to dig them yourself, and learn and digest them yourself. Let say those are dcity #DYOR. I do not wish to turn my post into some encyclopedia that people come to read then they become professor.
I am not the smartest here, even I do not take myself as the smart one here. I want to learn a lot and I want to learn together with other players too. So telling everything will not the way, but I will try to answer best if someone ask me about something related to this game.
Bottom line, be fun, enjoy this game, and spread the love about it... If you feel that you are off from your destination, there are people here that will help you out. We are in this together!
Update: My DCITY
My dCity is on rank 304 in income, and this means I have dropped 14 position from last week which I was on rank 290. Does my dCity get worse? Well it doesn't!
Last Week my city had 27 SIM income last week, and earlier today it got onto 33 SIM. I think there is something bad going on in my dCity, which made me lost some SIM.
Ok let's check my city then
I don't see anything wrong with this dCity, maybe I got riot or crime which makes me lose all my income. Well I am itchy to get some NFT(s) to push this dCity up again, but as I have said earlier I will hold my self back this time.
But an update will not be an update without any change, right? so right now I think I will do my minimum by trying to optimize the unemployed citizen in my dCity.
I have 3 people who have no jobs right now, so I am picking up a cheap working spot for them.
I think this Barber Shop is a good deal for this week. It is only 1500 SIM so it won't affect my wallet a lot, and I do not see anything less than 0,5 $HIVE could harm my wallet.
1500 SIM for this NFT, I do not know if this is a good deal or not, but I think this is the best addition I could get with minimum budget right now.
Oh wow, it changes a lot. After the unemployment has gone, the tax refund rises high. I think the social support cost is the culprit why my tax refund is bad.
I think if HIVE stable in the next two days, I will make some big spending to build up some of my dCity. Definitely I need to push up my Income very high, before these young citizen eating down my tax refund.
That's for my DCity update today, see you next week...
Thank you for coming by and reading my post here. dCity is a city simulation game on Hive Blockchain. It works based on the second layer Non Fungible Tokens (NFT) on Hive-Engine. Those NFTS represents in-game assets, can be a building, a citizen, a park, a background and many more.
You can dig more about this game on their official account here @dcitygame or you are welcome to join our dCity discord here: https://discord.gg/sad99wQG
