I do have one personal caveat. I was never happy with the processes. I have no idea if they've changed (for the better), but I did have lengthy conversations with Hivewatchers regarding my opinions, which is simply what they are. Opinions. I don't have the answers. Apart from Birching, we really should bring back Birching, I feel. 😉 🃏
Birching is a great word! I do appreciate the way Hivewatchers has changed and the work they are doing now
It's a thankless task. And I suppose a necessary evil. When I immersed myself in it three or four years ago, I didn't like it one little bit. I especially didn't like the premise of going to Discord, a public venue, to plead a case. It kind of reminded me of Bear baiting. Maybe that's changed?
I think people are still required to go to Discord, but I see warning messages in comments now.

Yeah. I'm not experienced enough to detect Hive people's porkies, so I may have been deceived by a few who seemed to have genuinely made a mistake. 🤷♂️
TBH, and you won't like this. It's why I'm not all that keen on Hive. It's a massive amount of work and very time-consuming. I'm not sure how you're supposed to enjoy a platform when you're constantly looking over your shoulder. Checking your text and images is not anywhere else; you've referenced anything you've used, it sucks all the fun out of it, as far as I'm concerned. It's why I don't post much, if at all. I do enjoy #Waves, though, and the conversations it can spark. The problem with (Ecency) Discord is that it sucks me in too much. I was spending WAAAAY too much time with you fantastic lot (I do miss you all).
