Today I want to share a recipe with you: it is a banana cake with carrot cake mix. A delicious dessert is perfect for its easy and quick preparation, which combines a soft dough with the flavor and softness of the cambur. Its crumb is fluffy and its golden color delighted me later when I tasted it with the natural sweetness of the cambur and the carrot flavor balances its taste. These are a delicious and nutritious option that we love here at home. They can be enjoyed for breakfast, or snack, or any special occasion; it tastes great. I went by the directions on the bag of mix, but added my personal touch, bananas, cinnamon, baking powder and cinnamon, which gave it a completely delicious flavor.

Un delicioso postre es perfecto por su fácil y rápida preparación, la cual combina una masa suave con el sabor y suavidad del cambur. Su miga es esponjosa y su color dorado me encantó luego al probarlo con la dulzura natural del cambur y el sabor a zanahoria equilibra su sabor. Estas son una opción deliciosa y nutritiva que nos encantó aquí en casa. Pueden disfrutar en el desayuno, o merienda, o cualquier ocasión especial; sabe muy bien. Me llevé por las indicaciones de la bolsa de la mezcla, pero le añadí mi toque personal, los bananos, canela, polvo de hornear y canela, lo cual le dio un sabor completamente delicioso.

However, I followed the preparation and the result was a success. Now we add the three tablespoons of butter.

Stir all the ingredients with the help of an electric mixer on high until a smooth texture is achieved.

Now add the liquid milk and continue beating until the texture is soft, smooth and homogeneous.
Ahora agregamos la leche líquida, seguimos batiendo hasta lograr la textura suave, lisa y homogénea.

Seguidamente, agregamos la cucharada de esencia de vainilla.

Seguidamente, engrasamos y enharinamos el molde de la tortera y agregamos la mezcla del biscocho.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° Celsius for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
Llevamos al horno previamente encendido a 180° centígrados, por 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta introducir un palillo en el centro y salga seco.
After a few minutes, remove the banana cake and carrot mixture from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into generous pieces and enjoy.
Pasados los minutos, retiramos del horno el biscocho de banana y mezcla de zanahoria, dejamos enfriar unos minutos para seguidamente cortamos en trozos generosos y disfrutamos.
