Colleagues bond is special when it's genuine, sometimes I can say through may actual experience that we don't attached so much emotion or trust over our coworkers, so that someday when we resign or not connected already in that office no issue or we go forward with our goal outside that office, but I can say also that sometimes we get true friends in that office to be our true friends and become a family outside.
