I am exhausted today. 😅

I got a total of two hours sleep last night, struggling a lot recently with being able to just shut my mind off at bed time.

                                            Even last night, being exhausted I still awoke after two hours.. wide awake again for too long I don't know why this is happening so often sigh, hopefully it will end soon I am too tired for this lol
