Good afternoon @mipiano, I don't know if the recipe is easy to make but the end result looks very appetizing. I have asked my mother about the kitchen tool and she has called it: "cortadora de rueda".
As for the rains, I hope nothing bad happens and that the days are class are days in which there is also leisure and rest.

In Hungarian, it is called rádli and as I see the explanation says that it is the adoption of the German word rad, which means wheel, but its diminutive form used in the Bavarian-Austrian region.
I hope so too, at the moment my son says no serious rain in Valencia city centre.
