Hi @stortebeker! I'm familiar with Chayote, but the recipe looks great in my eyes. Maybe I can substitute Chayote with a regular squash we have here and try this recipe out. I'm bookmarking it :)

        Hi @erikah ! Thanks for stopping by. Of course you are welcome to substitute chayote out of the chayote dish, hahahaha! It's a stir-fry after all, and change is what it's all about. Any other type of squash should do, or even tubers.

        So I guess folks in your parts don't have chayotes growing over their fences, do they?
