Probamos el ramen buldak tipo estofado [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Como les conté en el post de nuestra visita a la tienda asiática en Praga, allí conseguimos 2 sabores de ramen Buldak que no habíamos probado antes Pawel y yo, por lo que decidimos comprarlos, uno de ellos es el Stew type o el tipo estofado, que a diferencia de los que ya hemos probado, este es más como una sopa instantánea y los otros se comen tipo pasta en salsa. Ahora bien, al abrir el empaque nos dimos cuenta que los fideos vienen en forma redonda y al igual que los otros sabores este también trae 2 sobres uno de salsa y otro de un polvo.

Para preparlo pusimos a cocinar a fuego alto 550 ml de agua en una olla y le añadimos de una vez el sobre de salsa, cuando empezó a hervir, agregamos los fideos y dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos, luego añadimos el sobre del polvo y revolvemos muy bien por varios segundos, finalmente está listo para servir en un plato hondo por supuesto. Debo decir que después de probarlo si es bastante picante pero como mi esposo y yo ya estamos acostumbrados a comer picante es comible para nosotros pero la verdad es que a ninguno de los dos nos gustó, sabe mucho a condimento o no sé es un sabor raro que no fue de nuestro gusto, yo apenas lo probé y no pude más, en cambio mi esposo si comió un poco más pero tampoco le gustó, entiendo que quizá a otras personas les pueda gusta ya es cuestión de probarlo pero si me pregutan a mí, la verdad es que no lo recomiendo.

Hello, everyone! As I mentioned in the post about our visit to the Asian store in Prague, we found two flavors of Buldak ramen that Pawel and I hadn't tried before, so we decided to buy them. One of them is the Stew type, which, unlike the ones we've already tried, is more like instant soup, while the others are eaten like pasta in sauce. When we opened the package, we noticed that the noodles are round and, like the other flavors, this one also comes with two packets, one with sauce and the other with powder.

To prepare it, we boiled 550 ml of water in a pot over high heat and added the sauce packet all at once. When it started to boil, we added the noodles and let them cook for 5 minutes, then added the powder packet and stirred well for several seconds. Finally, it was ready to serve in a bowl, of course. I must say that after trying it, it is quite spicy, but since my husband and I are used to eating spicy food, it is edible for us. However, the truth is that neither of us liked it. It tastes too much like seasoning, or I don't know, it has a strange flavor that we didn't like. I barely tasted it and couldn't eat any more, but my husband ate a little more, although he didn't like it either. I understand that other people might like it; it's a matter of trying it, but if you ask me, I honestly don't recommend it.
