Altri stupendi piatti della cucina italia tipica sarda.
La fregola è una pasta tipica della Sardegna, composta da piccole palline di semola di grano duro e acqua che vengono tostate al forno. Simile al cous cous per la sua forma, si distingue per il metodo di cottura, che prevede la bollitura in acqua o brodo, o la preparazione "risottata". Servita con i frutti di mare, poi beh la classica impepata di cozze e uno stupendo vino rose del posto!!!

Sardinian, made from small balls of durum wheat semolina and water that are toasted in the oven. Similar in shape to couscous, it differs in its cooking method, which involves boiling in water or broth, or preparing it "risotto-style." Served with seafood, followed by the classic peppered mussels and a wonderful local rosé wine!
