Today i would like to serve the recipe of Boondi Raita,Boondi Raita is made up of Fresh Curd with Fried Boondi(Besan) pearl, it is easy and quick recipes, basically serve with Biryani rice(Flavoured Rice), varities of Paratha, main course - Lunch/ Dinner,it is one such recipe which makes every meal or feast complete.

Ingredients 📃
• 200 garms of Fresh curd.
• 5-6 tbsp of Boondi.
• 1/2 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
• 1 tbsp of Cumin Powder.
• Salt to Taste.
• water As required.
• Green Coriander leaves for Garnish.
Process📃
Take a fresh curd, I have taken Packed curd, you can have Fresh Home made curd.
take a curd in the Grinding Jar to whip it.
Add the red Chilli powder.
Add the salt to taste.
add the Cumin seeds powder, whip the Curd to make the smooth
Pour the whip curd into another Bowl, now the add the boondi. gently mix the Boondi with the curd.
Garnish it with Green coriander leaves. refrigerate the raita for cooling.
Your boondi raita is ready to serve, pair it witg biryani or main course lunch / Dinner.
