Process 👨🏻🍳

Heat the oil in the Kadai, add the cumin seeds and red chilli powder, wait untill it starts crackling, directly break the boiled potatoes in the kadai, add salt to taste.

Fry it for 5-7 minutes on medium Flame. your jeera aloo is ready.
For making Kuttu Paratha.

Boiled the potatoes, peeled it off. You can boiled immediately or used the boiled potato available in your refrigerator.

Mashed the boiled potatoes or better to grate it with grater.

In a mixing bowl, take the mashed potatoes and add kuttu flour.

Mix it with your hand to make a dough. Remember no need to add water, if required then use the one tbsp of oil.

your kuttu dough look like this as wheat dough.

Pinch a small portion of kuttu dough, make a ball of it.

Dust some kuttu atta.
It is not easy to roll this at all, so I placed a plastic sheet underneath and then rolled it with a rolling pin, which prevents sticking; you should try it this way too

Make a thin circle over the plastic sheet.

now on a hot tawa place the rolled kuttu paratha and cook for a minute

furthermore, when the base is partly cooked, flip the paratha. Spread some oil.

Enjoy the Vrat kuttu paratha with Jeera aloo.
