Manchurian Gravy - Indo-chinese & My favourite

Today I would like to share the recipe Indo- Chinese Manchurian Gravy, it's my Favourite, i love to have chinese food at any time at Anywhere. It's Chinese Food recipe in which Veggies ball dip in Onion and Capsicum Gravy. It is usually Served with Noodles or Fried rice with i love to have it with Roti. In this recipe, instead of using the sauces i have use only Schezwan Manchurian masala, it gives the perfect blend of sauces, it is easiest and quickest way to cook the Manchurian without getting confusion about the ratio of sauces.

Ingredients 📃


• 4 Chopped Onion
• 1 Chopped Capsicum.
• 100 grams Shredded cabbage.
• 100 Grams of Cauliflower.
• 6-7 Cloves of Garlic.
• 2 Inch of Ginger.
• 4 tbsp of Cornflour.
• 2 tbsp of Maida.
• 1 Packet Schezwan Manchurian Masala.
• Pinch of orange Food Colour.
• Salt to Taste.
• Oil of Frying Balls.

Finally Chopped all the veggies mentioned above with the Help of Chopper or Grinder.

Once your Veggies are ready, now take large bowl, Add the veggies and Cornflour & Maida and Mix it well.

Make a soft dough adjust the maida as per your required.

now prepare a small ball sized balls.

deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium, Stir it untill it get Golden brown in colour.

Your Manchurian balls are ready, keep it Aside.

Now prepare your Gravy, Remove all the oil from kadai. Left only two tbsp of Oil. Now Saute the chopped onion Capsicum and Ginger & Garlic all together at high frame.

Your Veggies starts shrinking, add the Schezwan Manchurian masala at low Flame.

Now add the food colour.

mix well forming a lump-free slurry.

continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.

add in prepared veg manchurian balls.

Now Cooked it for another 2 min at low flame, so that balls stuck the gravy.

Now your Manchurian Gravy is ready to serve, paired it up with Fried rice or With Roti or Paratha (indian paratha)

Wow, this Manchurian gravy sounds absolutely delicious! I love the idea of using Schezwan Manchurian masala instead of multiple sauces, it's so much easier and quicker. The golden-brown balls together with the vegetables are fantastic. I will most definitely give this recipe a shot! Your thorough directions and lovely pictures also astound me.
