Today i would like to share the recipe of Semiya Custard delicious & tasty traditional indian dessert recipe made with full cream milk and vermicelli(semiya), basically a fusion of traditional milk-based semiya kheer. Vermicelli custard used to be made during festivals here, as it is considered auspicious. It is easy and healthy dessert you can try it anytime as it contains minimal ingredients and tasted Delicious. As i have craving of eating Something hot healthy delicious desserts, so I randomly cooked it.

Ingredients ๐
โข ยฝ tsp ghee(clarified butter).
โข 1 cup vermicelli(semiya).
โข 1 Litre of fresh milk.
โข 2 tbsp of custard Powder.
โข ยผ cup sugar.
โข 2 Cardomon.
โข chopped Dryfruits of Your Choice.
Process ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ

Heat the ghee in the Pan, Roast the semiya on lower flame.

Keep stirring the semiya to avoid burning, Roast until the semiya turns golden brown.

In the same kadai, pour the milk and add Cardamom Powder.

Then add Sugar, stir well and get the milk to a boil.

Add the milk powder to thick the consistency of the milk, boil for 7-8 minutes or until semiya gets cooked completely.

Stir continuously, cook until the milk thickens and turns creamy.

Garnish it with Dryfruits, Serve the hot Semiya Custard. If you want to eat it cold, refrigerate it for 2โ3 hours; it tastes delicious chilled.
