Ya se los había comentado que me gusta mucho comer pescado y que es una de las cosas que extraño de mi país natal Venezuela, en semana santa pasamos unos días lindos en el familia mi esposo mi hija y yo, comimos super rico, y hoy les mostrare el paso a paso de un rico besugo o pargo al horno .

Inicie buscando en mi heladera aliños como eran solo dos pescados no quise colocar mucha cantidad. Utilice pimentón, cebolla , perejil ,cebollín y un tomate sal al gusto . Todo esto lo corte en todos grandes y lo lleve a un sartén con un chorrito de aceite de oliva hasta sofreír todo muy bien.
