



Hello everyone!
Today, for lunch, I prepared what my son likes to eat the most. I made beef stew with vegetables (carrots, cauliflower and broccoli), chicken cutlets and mashed potatoes! I made schnitzels from chicken white meat. I ground the meat, which was previously seasoned with garlic, pepper, vegetables and parsley. I unfolded the meat on a tray, cut it into cubes, rolled it in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, and then fried it in hot oil. There was very little left to photograph because my son was impatient and literally ate the chicken as soon as it was fried.
