Trying a delicious fish burger [ENG/ESP]
Greetings dear friends of the good eating community @foodiesbeehive, I hope your Monday has been wonderful.
This time I want to share with you a different experience when it comes to food.
Recently I was with my wife researching places in Barquisimeto that prepare sushi because I wanted to try something different and I got a place called “Sushi & cebiche”, located east of the city and they had delivery.
I ordered a fish burger delivery because that name caught my attention, my wife loves sushi and I wanted to try that many flavors together.
When the order arrived, the burger was split in two and I could see everything it had: salmon, crab, avocado, carrot and of course the outer layer was made of seasoned rice.
When I tasted it I was impressed by the multitude of flavors that exploded in my mouth. The rice shell was crispy and came with a sweet sauce that contrasted with the rest of the ingredients.
It was truly a pleasant experience that my wife and I had with this different burger. If you like sushi you will love this burger.

En esta ocasión les quiero compartir una experiencia diferente en lo que a comida se refiere.
Recientemente estuve junto con mi esposa investigando los sitios en Barquisimeto que preparan sushi porque quería probar algo diferente y conseguí un sitio llamado "Sushi & cebiche", ubicado al este de la ciudad y que tenian delivery.
Pedí a domicilio una fish burger porque me llamó la atención ese nombre, a mi esposa le encanta el sushi y quería probar esa cantidad de sabores juntos.
Cuando llegó el pedido venia la hamburguesa partida en dos y dejaba ver todo lo que traía: salmón, cangrejo, aguacate, zanahoria y por supuesto la capa externa era de arroz temporizado.
Al probarla quedé impresionado por la multitud de sabores que explotaron en mi boca. La cáscara de arroz estaba crujiente y venía con una salsa dulce que contrastaba con el resto de los ingredientes.
La verdad fue una grata experiencia que vivimos mi esposa y yo con esta diferente hamburguesa. Si te gusta el sushi esta hamburguesa te va a encantar.
