Today marks the beginning of a new journey on my farm. What used to be a thick, overgrown bush is slowly turning into a productive space where fresh vegetables will grow.
Clearing the land was not easy. The grasses were tall, the bushes were stubborn, and it took real effort to cut everything down. But every swing of the cutlass brought me closer to my goal — creating a healthy and productive farm.
As you can see in the first photo, I was deep in the process of clearing the land. This stage is very important because it prepares the soil for proper planting and reduces competition from weeds.
In the second photo, you can already see progress on the farm. Some crops are growing, and others are being prepared for harvest. This is the vision — turning hard work into food and income.
🌿 What I Plan to Grow
Vegetables like African eggplant

, okra, and peppers
Possibly maize to support mixed cropping
Healthy, organic produce for both home and market
Farming teaches patience and consistency. You don’t see results immediately, but with time, effort, and care, the land always rewards you.
This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to share more updates as the farm develops.
