Yesterday, I decided to make a delicious snack using lasia stalks I brought home for a meal. I followed a YouTube tutorial, and I was able to prepare it perfectly! Lasia stalks, known for their unique taste and numerous health benefits, can be transformed into a flavorful and nutritious snack when combined with cashews and dried chickpeas. This dish not only offers a rich taste but also provides essential nutrients such as protein, fiber, and antioxidants.

Required Ingredients...
🍀 Lasia Stalk 200g.
🍀 Peanuts 50g
🍀 1 Large onion.
🍀 Some curry leaves.
🍀 About 4 cloves of garlic.
🍀 4 dried chili peppers.
🍀 Dry sprats 50g
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 Roasted coconut oil.
Method of making....
1 Step.
First, take the Lasia stalks and remove the outer skin along with any rough parts. Then, cut them into thin strips and wash them thoroughly in a mixture of salt and turmeric water.
2 Step.
Next, finely chop the onions and garlic. Then, wash and clean the Dry sprats thoroughly.
3 Step.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add some coconut oil, allowing it to heat up. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped Lasia stalks and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4 Step.
Next, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, dried chilies, cashew nuts, curry leaves, and Dry sprats to the pan. Sauté everything well until they turn golden and release a rich aroma.
5 Step.
Finally, take a bowl and add the golden-fried Lasia Stalk pieces, cashew nuts, onions, garlic, and curry leaves. Mix well, then season with chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder. Stir everything together until well combined, and your flavorful and nutritious dish is ready to be served!
