The fish is none other than Malacho, a fish with many bones. To eat it, you beat it and remove the flesh. So it's very easy to prepare. Just season it to taste and add your favorite seasonings, including sweet chili pepper. The dish is not only nutritious and healthy, but also very colorful, with yellow potatoes, orange carrots, red tomatoes, white onions, green peas, and light yellow stewed fish. I hope you like it.
