Alive & Thriving Thursday : Oh No! Work PC Is Dead 😱 || AATYr5 || Slice of Life 😆

I'm glad it's that time of the week for being extra grateful. I've been having work PC problems for a few days. It would take a long time to load in the morning. I was in denial and still kept going. Until it decided to die on me today! 😱 It said something about hardware problems, not something I can fix. Uh-oh! I informed my boss right away, and my old work PC (running on Windows 10) was sent to me. I'm glad to be reunited with my original work PC. This one that died had Windows 7 on it -- definitely outdated. 😒 I had to spend a few more minutes installing and replacing the busted CPU. It's not as easy as before anymore as I now have mobility issue and couldn't work around as fast. The good news is I was able to make the replacement and got to work using the newer CPU one. Whew! 🙏❤️💡

Some time in the morning, I happened upon this kitty sleeping at the foot of my bed. 😅 What a pose indeed! I wish I could also sleep as comfy and soundly as this kitten. 😹

Tonight I cooked myself fried rice from the cooked rice in the fridge. I diced some Tulip jamonilla into pieces and cooked them a bit. Removed them from the pan. Then cooked the scrambled eggs before adding the cooked rice. 😋 I decided to add some pork and beans to my fried rice. Mmm that's dinner. 😅 I have leftover fried rice for tomorrow. 😉

Despite the rain forecast, we still did not have any rain today. I do wonder about the accuracy of these weather forecasts. 🤔 Oh yeah, I got the electricity bill today and found it was lower than the past three months. 🙌 That's despite the slight increase in the rate per kwh. I suppose the one week rainy weather helped me save some. It's not definitive, but it seems the energy saving tip I found may also have helped. 👏

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I enjoy having a goal to reach -- payout limit on LeadsLeap. Despite my active surfing, there are times when my promotion does not move as fast so I couldn't earn the maximum.

Time to wind down an almost stressful day. 😅 Glad my work PC problem got resolved quickly. Whew! I hope everything moves smoothly from hereon. It's almost the weekend again. Yay for that! 😂
