Dessert is a must in my house, and cakes have generally taken first place in this regard. It's a sweet habit that represents me, and my family loves it.

This is a recipe for a sweet, soft and aromatic cake that is quick and easy to make because it doesn't require any special techniques or complicated steps. It's the perfect snack to accompany coffee, tea, hot chocolate or milk.

INGREDIENTS

  • Three cups of self-raising flour
  • Three eggs
  • One cup of coconut cream or coconut milk
  • One tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • One and a half cups of white sugar
  • Two tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • One teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • Two tablespoons of grated coconut
  • Half a cup of vegetable oil.

You can make this cake with a hand mixer or you can use a blender.

To make it quickly, I used a blender, and the only requirement is to process all the ingredients little by little.

The mixture should be thick and sweet, as long as you use coconut cream. If you use coconut milk, it will be a little more liquid and less sweet.

Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 35 minutes. I made this cake on the hob and it took 30 minutes to cook on a low heat.

Torta de Coco ideal para merendar

El postre no puede faltar en mi casa, y generalmente las tortas han ocupado el primer lugar con respecto a éste tema, es un dulce hábito que me representa y a mí familia le encanta.

Ésta es una receta de una torta dulce, suave y aromática, se elabora fácil y rápidamente porque no tiene complicaciones ni técnicas especiales, es la merienda perfecta para acompañar el café, te, chocolate caliente o leche.

INGREDIENTES

  • Tres tazas de harina de trigo leudante
  • Tres huevos
  • Una taza de crema de coco o leche de coco
  • Una cucharada de esencia de vainilla
  • Una taza y media de azúcar blanca
  • Dos cucharadas de cacao en polvo
  • Un cucharadita de canela molida
  • Dos cucharadas de coco rallado
  • Media taza de aceite vegetal

PROCEDIMIENTO

Puedes elaborar ésta torta con un batidor manual o puedes utilizar la licuadora.

Para hacerla rápidamente yo utilice la licuadora, y el único requisito es procesar todos los ingredientes poco a poco.

La mezcla debe de quedar espesa y dulce, siempre y cuando se utilice crema de coco, si utilizamos leche de coco quedará un poquito más líquida y menos dulce.

La mezcla se vacía en un molde, se hornea por 35 minutos, ésta torta yo la hice sobre la estufa y tarda en cocinarse 30 minutos a fuego lento.
