HI EVERYONE
The aroma of stewed meat is very appreciated in our kitchens, it is the aroma of pure love for homemade food and home, there are many ways to make this delicious food, today I will show you a different and simple technique, it is an excellent way to prepare stewed meat to keep in the fridge and have for several days.
The meat is so soft that it melts when you touch it, the sauce is very tasty and is perfect for dipping bread, combining with rice or vegetables, the best of all is that it is easy to make.
- 1 Kilo of stew meat cut in big cubes, I used Sirloin tip
- One large grated carrot
- One tablespoon of dried oregano
- One tablespoon of coarse salt
- One tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Two bay leaves
- Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Two chopped onions
- One tablespoon of paprika
- Two tablespoons of oil, if it has annatto (achiote) much better
- Two chopped chili peppers.
Place the protein in a pot, add the onion, bay leaf, paprika, chili peppers and oil.
Cook over medium heat with the pot covered, it will cook in its own juices until it consumes its liquid completely, it will take approximately 35 or 40 minutes, the meat has already begun to soften and its flavor is pure and exquisite, but I am going to make a sauce, so we will continue cooking.
We continue on medium heat, and add two cups of water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, carrot, oregano, stir the preparation mixing everything and cover the pot, it cooks for half an hour more.
The meat is very tender, with a pleasant aroma and exquisite flavor!

Deliciosa Carne Guisada
El aroma de la carne guisada es muy apreciado en nuestras cocinas, es el aroma del amor puro por la comida casera y el hogar, existen muchas formas para hacer esta deliciosa comida, hoy les mostraré una técnica diferente y sencilla, es una excelente forma de preparar carne guisada para guardar en la nevera y tener para varios días.
La carne queda tan suave que se deshace al tocarla, la salsa es muy sabrosa y queda perfecta para mojar el pan, combinar con arroz o verduras, lo mejor de todo es que es fácil de hacer.
- 1 Kilo de carne para guisar cortada en cubos grandes, yo utilice Chocozuela de res Sirloin tip
- Una zanahoria grande rallada
- Una cucharada de orégano seco
- Una cucharada de sal gruesa
- Una cucharada de salsa de tomate
- Dos hojas de laurel
- Dos cucharadas de salsa inglesa
- Dos cebollas picadas
- Una cucharada de paprika
- Dos cucharadas de aceite, si tiene onoto mucho mejor
- Dos ajíes picados.
Colocar la proteína en una olla, añadir la cebolla, laurel, paprika, ajíes y aceite
Cocinamos a fuego medio con la olla tapada, se cocinara en sus propio jugos hasta consumir su líquido por completo, tomará aproximadamente 35 o 40 minutos, la carne ya ha comenzado a ablandarse y su sabor es puro y exquisito, pero yo voy hacer una salsa, entonces seguiremos cocinando.
Seguimos a fuego medio, y colocamos dos tazas de agua, sal, salsa inglesa, salsa de tomate, zanahoria, orégano, movemos la preparación mezclando todo y tapamos la olla, se cocina por media hora más.
Miren queda muy tierna la carne, con un aroma agradable y de sabor exquisito!
