A Delicious Lunch
Eating is one of the best experiences we can live, delighting ourselves with the flavors and textures of our favorite dishes is a truly transcendental experience, where for a few seconds our mind and body are transported to a parallel world where the strength of the senses are the protagonists. After a busy morning, where I had to walk around several points of the city under an increasing summer sun, my mother was waiting for me at home with a delicious homemade dish made with the best ingredients and more pure and sincere, which generates a perfect combination capable of satisfying any taste and at the same time to satiate the greatest appetite.

Un Rico Almuerzo
Comer es una de las mejores experiencias que podamos vivir, deleitarnos con los sabores y texturas de nuestros platos favoritos constituye una experiencia realmente trascendental, en donde por unos segundos nuestra mente y cuerpo se transportan hasta un mundo paralelo en donde la fuerza de los sentidos son las protagonistas. Después de una mañana bastante atareada, en donde me tocó recorrer varios puntos de la ciudad bajo un incremento sol veraniego, mi madre me esperaba en la casa con un delicioso platillo casero elaborado con los mejores ingredientes y más puro y sincero, lo cual genera una combinación perfecta capaz de satisfacer cualquier gusto y al mismo tiempo de saciar el mayor de los apetitos.
Rice in almost every possible form turns out to be one of my favorite elements, that is why in my house it is made frequently and in this opportunity it was accompanied with a very good portion of lentils, a piece of chicken seasoned with paprika and onion and a perfect mixed salad where tomato, avocado and onion combine textures with intense and at the same time very pleasant flavors. Undoubtedly it was a really tasty lunch, which just by looking at it was easy to determine that it was a very well balanced dish from the nutritional point of view, they were generous and the flavor was really unique.
El arroz en casi todas las formas posibles resulta ser uno de mis elementos favoritos, es por ello que en mi casa se elabora de manera frecuente y en esta oportunidad fue acompañado con una muy buena porción de lentejas, un trozo de pollo sazonado con pimentón y cebolla y una perfecta ensalada mixta en donde el tomate, el aguacate y la cebolla se conjugan texturas con Sabores intensos y al mismo tiempo muy agradables. Sin duda alguna se trató de un almuerzo realmente muy sabroso, el cual con solo verlo era fácil determinar que se trataba de un plato muy bien balanceado desde el punto de vista nutricional, eran generosas y el sabor realmente único.
