One of my experiences from all the restaurants is this place, an unnamed restaurant that is close to my house, very close. Of course, it turns out that what people say is all true. This place is really delicious, even the taste exceeds expectations and beats even expensive restaurants. This place is quite new, maybe just 2 or 3 months ago it started. For a new restaurant, it is quite crowded and even very crowded with visitors.
They sell a type of seafood spill, food that can be eaten on the table without a plate. Looks strange and disgusting? How can people eat on a table without a mat? But, wait, the answer is here.
Not just eating on the table, but the table is deliberately made of ceramic and covered with thick plastic. New and clean plastic, maintained hygiene, but indeed there will be a lot of plastic waste used.
We ordered basic food sold here. Seafood for 2 people and a plate of rice, I can't eat without rice even though there is corn in this food menu. What makes this food delicious is the fresh seafood, it feels when bitten, it tastes very sweet and doesn't smell fishy.
Usually we will be very sensitive to the aroma of seafood, but not here. The spices are quite strong but balanced with the taste, making the seafood aroma disappear, only the sweet, savory and umami flavors are there, it really is very delicious with the dish.
On this menu, there are various types of seafood such as mussels, squid, shrimp, crab and also kepah. So, your tongue will indeed be pampered with many types of seafood. Don't forget there are several pieces of legit fish balls.
