Ahora en un sartén caliente, o como en mi caso usé una olla antiadherente, podemos comenzar a cocinar los panqueques, si quieren añadir un poquito de aceite pueden hacerlo, cuando estén dorados de ambos lados estarán listo.

Como un extra les muestro el acompañamiento, unos ricos huevos revueltos con tomate, tan simple como batir los huevos, lavar y cortar los tomates en pequeños cuadrados, sofreír con sal, orégano y un poco de pimienta, incorporar los huevos, y mezclar hasta estar listos.

They are extremely fluffy and can be accompanied with whatever you like. Adding cheese on top when they are fresh out of the pan is the best.
