Nice show. Onboarding is definitely tough and the only person I got eventually left. As for tips, I think it's quite good and I think it's great to focus on the community. I have never really met up with anyone else from Hive but it does sound like an interesting thing.

        To be honest, I was amazed by the results that Zak shared in the show... He has onboarded many people from his "physical" surroundings, which is a tremendous job! I tried it and failed many times...
