Hace una semana aproximadamente estoy experimentando en mi computadora una anomalía que en una ocasión me había sucedido pero con un par de golpes desapareció.
About a week ago I was experiencing an anomaly on my computer that had happened to me before, but with a couple of clicks it disappeared.
Lo primero es decir que mi MacBook es una versión bastante antigua, data del 2012 pero aún así hasta hace una semana su funcionamiento era impecable, hay muchas cosas de las que lamentablemente debo renunciar como por ejemplo la instalación de aplicaciones actuales, esto es porque hace más de un año que por la antigüedad del hardware ya no permite la actualización del software, permanece con el sistema operativo más actualizado para este tipo de MacBook.
The first thing to say is that my MacBook is a fairly old version, it dates back to 2012, but even so, until a week ago it was working flawlessly. There are many things that I unfortunately have to give up, such as installing current applications. This is because for over a year now, due to the age of the hardware, it no longer allows software updates. It remains with the most updated operating system for this type of MacBook.
El problema que estoy experimentando es que no puedo usar el Mouse Pad, es decir: por momentos funciona Super bien, por otros momento parece enloquecer y hace clic por todos lados y el puntero se desplaza por cualquier parte, en una ocasión había caído una gota de líquido sobre el Mouse Pad Y enloqueció de la misma manera, después de haberlo sacado su funcionamiento fue normal, esto hace ya más de un año y medio. Entonces pensé que solamente el problema se debería a un falso contacto, alguna sociedad que interrumpía algún contacto o simplemente el daño de un Flex, lo último que quiero pensar es que es un problema de software y entiendo que no puedo actualizarlo ya que mi máquina es bastante antigua.
The problem I'm experiencing is that I can't use the Mouse Pad, that is: at times it works super well, at other times it seems to go crazy and clicks all over the place and the pointer moves everywhere, on one occasion a drop of liquid had fallen on the Mouse Pad and it went crazy in the same way, after having removed it its operation was normal, this has been more than a year and a half. So I thought that the only problem was due to a false contact, some society that interrupted some contact or simply the damage of a Flex, the last thing I want to think is that it is a software problem and I understand that I can't update it since my machine is quite old.
Entonces para intentar repararlo, desmonte la tapa trasera de la notebook, lo primero que hice fue desconectar la batería y retirar el Mouse Pad, verifique que los contactos estén bien y están impecable, lo único que le hice fue una limpieza, después volví a instalarlo y encendí la notebook para probar. En una primera instancia antes de hacer login probé el Mouse y funcionaba Super bien, después de hacer login comenzó a fallar, creyendo que quizás pueda ser algún problema de software, de algún programa o algo similar, instale CCleaner y elimine todos los archivos temporales, limpié caché y aproveché hacer una limpieza bastante exhaustiva. Por momentos a medida que probaba, funcionaba bien pero en otros momento volví a tener los mismos síntomas, por el momento sigo utilizando un Mouse USB, no sé lo que pudo haber sucedido pero sigo con el problema, creo que mi máquina está pidiendo cambio.
So to try to fix it, I removed the back cover of the notebook, the first thing I did was disconnect the battery and remove the Mouse Pad, check that the contacts were good and were spotless, the only thing I did was clean it, then I reinstalled it and turned on the notebook to test. At first before logging in I tested the Mouse and it worked Super well, after logging in it started to fail, believing that maybe it could be some software problem, some program or something similar, I installed CCleaner and deleted all temporary files, cleaned cache and took the opportunity to do a fairly thorough cleaning. At times as I tested, it worked well but at other times I had the same symptoms again, for the moment I continue using a USB Mouse, I don't know what could have happened but I still have the problem, I think my machine is asking to be changed.
