Pork chop accompanied by rice and salad

Hello, good afternoon, friends. I hope you are well. I want to share with you a delicious lunch I prepared: pork chops, salad, and rice.

Ingredients I used to prepare my lunch:
-Pork chops
-Rice
-Vegetables
-Garlic, oregano, and adobo seasoning
-Mayonnaise

Here are the steps to prepare our lunch:
We start by taking the adobo, small oregano, and garlic, and we grind everything together to flavor our pork chops.

Next, we continue seasoning the meat so that it takes on flavor (while we make the other preparations for lunch), and we let it rest for a few minutes.

Next, prepare the rice. Start by measuring out the amount you want to cook. In this case, use two cups of rice, which you add to a pot. For every two cups of rice, add four cups of water (that is, two cups of water for every cup of rice). Then add salt to taste. In my case, I used less than half a teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and cover until dry.

To prepare the salad, I started by removing the skins from the vegetables, then washed them thoroughly and cooked them until soft. Once they had cooled, I chopped them into small cubes. Finally, I added a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of salt for extra flavor.

Once our salad and rice were ready, I added my pork chops to a pan over medium heat with only oil in the pan, as they cook in their own fat. When they were golden brown, I removed them.

That's how I prepared my delicious pork chop lunch accompanied by rice and salad.

The chops looks good with rice I bet the taste it's more delicate but I like surely pork chops with salad 🥗

they are very rich

I love pork chops! I usually serve them with a sweet and sour sauce or buy barbecue sauce to put on top, although they are delicious on their own.
