IBU 35 and 40, as far as I remember, the highest I've tried so far was IBU 25 and I thought it had a noticeable and striking bitterness. I wonder what the flavor would be like with that percentage, i'm interested and curious about beers like that.

Here in Brazil it's not common, the IBU is usually around 15, with some rare situations getting close to 20.
