Lo primero que hice fue, cortar las hojas de la espinaca un poquito más pequeña, y lo sofreí con un poquito de aceite, la cebolla y el ajo… Cuando estaba bien doradita la cebolla, lo apagué, y lo dejé reposando, mientras se hacia la pasta, y lo quise acompañar con una milanesa de pollo.
Al cabo de unos diez o quince minutos, ingresé la espinaca previamente sofrita en la licuadora, y le agregué la crema de leche, todo lo licué, junto con un poquito de sal y pimienta. Todo lo hice a ojo, y fui corrigiendo el sabor a mi gusto, luego de tenerlo ya listo, lo pasé a una olla, y le agregué la pasta ya previamente cocida para que se integrara todo. Y listo, al servir apliqué un poquito de queso de año que tenia y quedó muy rica, lo volvería a hacer.

After about ten or fifteen minutes, I put the previously sautéed spinach in the blender, and added the milk cream, blended it all together with a little salt and pepper. I did it all by eye, and I was correcting the flavor to my taste, after having it ready, I put it in a pot, and added the previously cooked pasta so that everything would be integrated. And ready, when serving I applied a little bit of cheese that I had and it was very tasty, I would do it again.
