Preparation

In a frying pan we put oil to grease it and then we pour in the chicken, previously chopped, with the paprika, the onions and sauté.

En una sartén colocamos aceite para engrasarla y luego vertimos el pollo, previamente picado, con el pimentón, las cebollas y sofreímos.

In a pot, we put the two eggs to cook.

En una olla ponemos los dos huevos a cocinar

When the eggs are cooked, chop them and add them to the pan with the sautéed chicken.

Cuando estén los huevos, los picamos y los echamos en la sartén donde está el pollo sofrito

We take the pita bread and, if you prefer, you can toast it, then we add the sautéed chicken with the eggs, then we add the stuffed cheese, and if you like, you can put a thin layer of yellow cheese on top.

Tomamos el pan de pita y, si prefieren, pueden tostarlo y luego le echamos el pollo sofrito con los huevos para luego ponerle el queso relleno y, si gustan, le pueden poner una telita de queso amarillo arriba
