Aloo gobhi is a popular Indian dish made with potatoes, cauliflower, onions, and spices. This dish can be made in various ways. You can make it with just onions. So, let's learn how to make it.
It takes 30 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 250 grams cauliflower
- 2 potatoes
- 2 onions
- Some ginger and garlic
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Garam masala
Method
- First, wash and chop all the vegetables finely.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cauliflower. Fry until golden brown.
- Now, add potatoes and fry them along with cauliflower until golden brown. Then remove them.
- In the same pan, add onions and fry until they turn golden brown.
- Now, add ginger-garlic paste along with coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
- Add cauliflower, potatoes, . Mix well and cook on low heat.
When all the ingredients are cooked well and the vegetables are tender, turn off the heat.
Aloo gobhi is ready! Serve it hot with rice or roti. Garnish with coriander leaves on top.
