  • Good evening friends, I hope you had a fantastic Saturday… This time, I'll explain how to prepare a “delicious stir-fry of mixed vegetables with ginger and soy sauce.” In my case, I served it with boiled yucca and grilled chicken… Let's put on our aprons to begin our fun process!
  • Buenas noches amigos, espero que hayan pasado un fantástico sábado... En esta ocasión, les explicaré como preparar un “exquisito salteado de vegetales mixtos con jengibre y salsa de soja”. En mi caso acompañe acompañe con yuca sancochada y pollo a la plancha... pongámonos el delantal para empezar nuestro divertido proceso!

  • INGREDIENTS: carrot, zucchini, peppers, onion, garlic cloves, leeks, pepper, mild olive oil, butter, ginger powder, soy sauce and salt.
  • INGREDIENTES: zanahoria, calabacin, pimientos, cebolla, dientes de ajo, puerros, pimienta, aceite de oliva suave, mantequilla, jengibre en polvo, salsa de soja y sal.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of mild olive oil to a non-stick frying pan along with 1 teaspoon of butter. Sauté the onions, garlic cloves, and leek (season with salt and pepper). Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Incorporamos 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva suave a un sartén antiadeherente junto con 1 cucharadita de mantequilla... Sofreímos las cebollas, junto con los dientes de ajo y el puerro (salpimentamos). Cocinamos a fuego "medio", durante 15 minutos.

  • In this step we proceed to place the carrots, previously cut into julienne strips and the zucchini cut into VERY thin strips... we sauté until they soften a little.
  • En este paso procedemos a colocar las zanahorias, previamente cortadas en julianas, el pimiento y el calabacín cortado en tiras MUY delgadas... salteamos hasta que se ablanden un poco.

  • In this step, we add our star ingredient, the one that will give it a VERY succulent flavor... we mix in the ground ginger; in my case, I used 1 level teaspoon, enough to enjoy its delicious spicy flavor. We adjust the salt and add the soy sauce.
  • En este paso añadimos nuestro ingrediente estrella, el que aportará un sabor MUY suculento... integramos el jengibre en polvo, en mi caso utilicé 1 cucharadita rasa, cantidad suficiente para disfrutar su delicioso sabor picantoso. Ajustamos el punto de sal y agregamos la salsa de soja.
