Too bad your wife doesn't like them. You could eat them more often if she did. My wife likes ribs but generally doesn't like meat if there is a bone in it lol
My wife is the same way about bones. Even dark meat chicken she won't eat. It's strictly white meat breast. I have some pics I will probably share tomorrow of the ribs.
