Looks amazing! We have something called a Tawa too in Trinidad but it is flat and used to make roti and so on. I have never tried fish with apple cider vinegar but will try next time, thanks for sharing!
it is very delicious cooking style, i added apple cider vinegar at the time of applying spicy on fish, when we will add redchillie and salt that time we will mix apple cider vinegar and will apply on piece, so fish give unique taste, thank you dear you liked my recipe, and thank you so much for nice review
