We are living a life full of facilities but we've to pay for those facilities too. We all use facilities according to our financial condition. Some people manage their home in low salary and some people manage their home in high salary too.

This week in third edition of hive learner contest there's a strange topic to write that if roads and water usage are private, mean if someone own the roads and water supply.
Usage of roads!!!
We all use roads in our daily life and we know that government construct the roads and manage funds for their construction and repairing. These projects of construction are very high and need high budget to build but government do it Their own so don't feel it.
We people still some fee at tool plaza when we drive our personal car and there are many tool plaza on highway and on motorway, but that fee isn't so large that we can't afford it, here I'm thinking a point that if you can own your car than you can pay the tool plaza fee too. That fee is because we use the road and roads needs to be repaired.
Usage of water!!!!
We use water at home both mineral water and ground water from electric pump. Electric pump runs on electricity and we get there ground water , there's a tank on each house which needs to refill after they get emptied. And those water pump needs high electricity which consume our own money too in the form of electricity bill.
If I talk about mineral water, then we wlso pay daily for mineral water which is affordable but still we pay before we drink water. We buy one large cane daily which is cost of 60 RS which are about 0.2$ or something. Everyday before drink water we pay some money.
But what if it's private own!!!
Now usage of road and water in affordable price is easy to manage for all as it's the Lowest price because system is in government hands but if it's own by someone's who are not from our government then it's really hard for manage the money to buy the water and to use the roads because they implant more and huge tax on it and then poor can hardly pay for it.
First of all i don't think so if a person can buy road or own the roads because it's a huge property as everywhere we've roads which are under government control, government needs to worries about it's maintenance and construction while we just use it for our own usage. I can't imagine a world if roads and water are privately owned by someone as i can't imagine the worse thing.
