Poutine is a French Canadian delicacy that has its roots in the province of Quebec. Shown in this snap, the mix of French fries, cheese curds, and gravy is popular in Canada. I recently found about Anny's Dairy Bar. This is Anny working her Quebecois magic.

That's the right word. I couldn't take a picture of the interior, but it was also made to look like a cozy cabin with murals scenes from that province. Fantastic little shop.

I can only imagine. Those kind of places are usually pretty cool.

That's typical of Quebec.

It felt very traditional because the owner herself is from that province.

I met many people from Montreal and they loved it.

Poutine looks seriously comforting... fries, cheese curds and gravy is quite the combination! 😋
