I've been making a lot of my work own beef, pork and fish balls recently because they're so expensive from the shops and I know what goes with into my recipe. I still use 20% fat mince beef/ pork because it gives a firmer texture but I can limit the other seasoning.

Normally I batch make 2kg, par cook and freeze them so I always have some ready for meals.

I also did freeze chicken balls especially for sahoor during Ramadhan month. Really helpful 😊
