The slightly burnt texture of the noodles. There are some bean sprouts and the best thing is that there are clams hidden inside. This is a popular dish here in Sarawak.

The seller on the right in the picture is frying some food. She's got so many orders that I see her being busy all the time.
The menu has different types of fried noodles. Take my money, please. I ordered the Fried Kueh Teow with clam. The best thing about this menu is that there are lots of pictures which makes it easy for customers to choose what they want to order.
Most of the popular eating places here in Sarawak are those without air conditioning. People just love being in the fresh air and enjoying the scenery.
Ordered some fried sweet potato snacks.
There is also fried bread and fruit.
Dip it into the tomato sauce and you've got an awesome dish.

With a pair of chop sticks I ate everything quickly. Like how a hungry wolf would be when gobbling up everything in sight.
