One of the best combinations with corn has been with beans.
Beans and corn is an excellent condition combo and very common here in the country. So since it's the corn season and I'm trying out different recipes with corn, I decided to try it out.
So with a few ingredients, I made the delicacy come to life and taste perfect.

Next I cooked the beans in just water for it to soften.
While at it, I chopped the onions, grated the pepper and chopped the scent leaves

Next I checked if the beans soften a bit, then I added the corn to it to soften too. I cooked the beans first because it takes a longer time to get soft than the corn and that's why I add the corn when the beans has softened a bit
Then I cover the pot for a while for the corn to cook too. Then I add the onions and pepper to it. And then the oil and salt and stir then cover the pot for it to cook down

After the water in it was almost dry, I add the scent leaves to it, and after a few seconds it was ready!
Ok looking at it I could already tell it was delicious then I confirmed it when I tasted it. I loved the extra flavor the leave added to it, and the corn tasted really nice in the beans.
I hope you enjoyed the process, it's so easy and took only close to an hour but turned out really delicious. I hope you'd try it out, and thank you all for your time here!
