Today is Sunday and also for sharing a new recipe for creative-sunday in @hivelearns . Today I cooked very delicious and most favourite recipe which is Mutton krahi . I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process .
Ingredients
One kg mutton
Three tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
Two to three tomato
Half cup yogurt
Spices
Salt
Black pepper
Dry grind coriander
Green chillies
Process
First I out the packet of mutton that was freeze . I freeze it after washing under water so that I can easily cook it later . So today my plan was cooking mutton krahi so I took out from the fridge put it in the pressure cooker adding one and half glass water .



I put on half an hour so that mutton boiled 90 percent . Then I took out extra soup of mutton and put aside . I added oil in the mutton and also ginger garlic paste then stir .

When aroma came of ginger garlic i added tomato pieces in the mutton and covered with lid .

When tomato also cooked i mashed them in the gravy and then added Extra soup of mutton . After 2. 3 minui added half cup yogurt and again cooked 2 minutes until oil separated . I spread green chillies and black pepper . Salt s per your taste . And my mutton krahi is ready .
